Yadar was the “prince of a nomad people in the half-desert region known as Zyra”, on the continent of Zothique, who sought his kidnapped fiancé Dalili. His ship sunk by a sorcerous event, Yadar was saved from downing by an undead Dalili in Naat, the land of necromancers. There he becomes embroiled in a coup of two sons against their necromantic father and a weasel-like familiar, in which he loses his life and shares undead existence with his love.
