The Strangler tries to get possession of a famous coin, strangling beggars and business men alike. Everyone it comes into contact with experiences bad luck, or death. Both the Black Hood and the Strangler face off in a mansion belonging to the King of Lux, where a battle brews between the King and his evil brother, who is attempting to usurp the crown. The Strangler hoped the coin would lead him to the Lux fortune, but it only led him to an accidental death at the hands of the Black Hood.
