Like many heroes, Scarlet Avenger left a calling card emblazoned with a flaming arrow. He battled enemies such as Texa, Peanut-Head, and Mr. Nimbus, with assistance from his agents, which included Operator #12 and Operator #1, who was really Inez Courtney.
