The Peacemaker was a hero who “loved PEACE so much he was willing to FIGHT for it!” The Peacemaker is Christopher Smith, a pacifist diplomat so committed to peace that he is willing to use force as a superhero to advance the cause. He uses an array of special non-lethal weapons and also founded the Pax Institute. Most of the villains he goes up against are dictators and warlords. Notes: Like many Charlton characters such as Tyro Team, Spookman, and Shape, the Peacemaker is in the public domain thanks to a lack of a proper copyright notice. This is because any work published without a proper copyright notice between 1923 and 1977 are in the public domain.
