The Pantherman was a brutal crime boss who wore a panther mask to keep his identity secret. He carried a gun and a whip and had trained his pet panther to attack on command. His gang operated from the sewers, where they dumped the bodies of their victims. Pantherman was quite proud of his “bone pile.” He was eventually captured by The Owl.
