An evil foreign power attacks American airplane factories amd munitions plants. Battleships are blown up. But when disaster strikes the Columbia Aircraft Co., a mysterious tank repels the attack. American soldiers find left behind only the sign of the Liberty Bell. At a U.S. Navy Yard, the enemy attacks a Destroyer, but it’s saved by a unknown submarine. And when the enmy attacks a transport from the air, a strange plan dives on the enemy and destroys them, drawing the Liberty Bell in the sky as they leave. President Roosevelt convenes a meeting. Roosevelt’s key defense advisor, multi-millionare and retired industrialist Patrick Henry, pulls the President aside and takes him to his rural island estate, named the Liberty House. Henry introduces him to three young men, his sons Smokey, Skip, and Strut, the inventors of the vehicles that defeated the enemy. Roosevelt promises to keep their secret and dubs them The Liberty Scouts of the U.S.A.! After they repel an attack on the Liberty House, the Liberty Scouts take the fight to the enemy, their base hidden in an iceberg on an island off of Newfoundland.
