Steve Drake, an FBI Agent, was a grim Cold War avenger known as the Black Cobra. He was assisted by his sidekick, the Cobra Kid. He has no superpowers, but his costume was made from a special bulletproof plastic Drake had invented, as well as suction cups in his boots which allowed him to run down buildings. Cobra had a garage underneath his house where he kept his black “Super-racer” car.
