Raised in pirate dens by Sin Chow, Rod became a dangerous criminal mastermind. Doug was arrested for Rod’s crimes, and spent five years in prison. After his release, Doug tracked down the mysterious lookalike who framed him, in the process becoming a highly respected inspector with Scotland Yard. So began a war between the brothers, in which each impersonated the other, or one captured the other and delivered them to their own enemies.
