Maza the Talking Ape

A mad Nazi bomber dressed up as an ape works for Count Zova, a Nazi saboteur. The duo’s theatrical cover as a one-night only “educated ape” show fills the National Theatre in Washington. Once the show begins the doors are locked and the Nazis reveal themselves, with aims to spread propaganda and blow up the theater and the full house with it. Miss Victory, one of the audience members, intercedes. Maza, chased by Miss Victory, carries the bomb to the roof of the theater, and in their subsequent altercation he falls to his death, revealing himself to be a human in disguise (albeit off panel).
