Hoping to save Gail Leslie from the clutches of The Living Ghost, Tony Brand enlists Professor Mavelli’s aid in contacting The Dark Phantom. Using his crystal ball in a seance, the Professor conjures the emissaries of the Phantom. The emissaries take Tony to the Phantom’s Tibetan lair. Professor Mavelli is known as the “World’s Greatest “Medium”. Using a crystal ball, he contacts the spirit world with astounding results. He possesses significant knowledge of the occult and the supernatural.
