Creeper

The Creeper was a Nazi saboteur who, under the guise of a green-costumed attraction at the circus, would travel from town to town sabotaging America’s defenses, including blowing up a U.S. battleship. However, while successful at first, Steel Sterling put an end to his plan. The Creeper had the unusual ability to stick to walls, even those made of surfaces as smooth as glass. This enabled him to scale buildings with ease. He was a very stealthy assassin and a capable fighter, who carried a dagger on missions.
