The Crime Baron, “The Nobleman of Crime”, did not want his estate to go bankrupt. To raise money quickly, he, the Duke of Felonee, and Count Kleptomania, attempted a jewelry heist, but were caught by the Black Hood. Their polite manners and chivalry helped the Black Hood defeat them.
