Black Puma, or sometimes the Puma, was a costumed criminal that led a crime ring that used slave labor to make counterfeit, or “doped”, cigarettes under the orders of the Nazis. His lair was full of death traps and he had a fake hospital ship to use as a front for growing his drugs. He was eventually defeated by Magno and Davey. Even though it was his first published appearance, this was not the first time the heroes had faced Black Puma. He was not allied with the Nazis the last time they had met.
