The Wise Guy was a crook who “thought he had a smart swindle worked out… Fate played along with him… But suddenly crossed him up when he tried to get… Money from Nowhere!” After a jewelry store robbery goes sideways, he tries to steal a missing man’s identity, along the way killing people that get in his way.
