UNO

UNO, the “United Nations Trouble-shooter”, secretly works for the United Nations to solve international security issues with “unusual tactics and handling”. The first story takes place in Vienna, Austria, where a British ambassador, Sir Reginald, is kidnapped by English traitor Dennis Kane and whipped by Eva, a torturer in a slinky red dress and domino mask, to persude him to share information about the Atomic Bomb. UNO heads to Vienna, where he uses secret messages sent via Morse code to communicate with his undercover chief, then rescues a woman from cruel man who challenges him with a duel of pistols at dawn. An assassin fails to kill UNO when the woman he saved earlier pushes him out of the way of the bullseye. UNO gets the address of the kidnappers from an unsigned note, breaks in as Sir Reginald is being threatened again, and takes out the kidnappers with the help of the woman, who turns out to be Marcella, a British spy, who was impersonating Eva, the torturer.
