The Ugly Man was a carnival freak who was billed as the “Ugliest Man in the World.” The jeers and laughter of the crowd finally made him snap, vowing to take revenge on those who mocked him. The Hangman tried to lead him away from the path of revenge, but the Ugly Man refused. Hangman and the Ugly Man fought. The villain attempted to flee into the Hall of Mirrors, but died diving through the mirrors.
