One day, two of these elves planted a magical amulet stolen from the king of Elfland on Gallager. “Two Sight” used the amulet’s wishing powers to rise in the ranks of the criminal underworld. The Black Terror and Tim tried to stop Gallager, but the amulet proved too powerful. “Two Sight” was undone when he came across a black cat. This nullified the amulet’s powers, and Gallager fell twenty stories to his death.
