Newspaper photographer Bill Carlton and reporter Trudy Roland work for a newspaper called Graphic. They team up to expose spiritualists who falsely claim to raise spirits of dead people. The pair discover Swami Heshug using fraudulent tricks. Heshug raises the ghost of the executed criminal, “Cat” Harris, to get revenge.
