Toni Luck is a reprinted and renamed version of Lucky Wings, a plucky girl reporter who single-handedly took on Axis spies, ghouls, and gangsters. In her battle with gangsters, they used a device that could manipulate atoms, causing buildings to crumble and cars to race out of control. Lucky could fly small aircraft and went undercover as a lounge singer.
