Texa

Texa was a brilliant crime boss who claimed to possess “the greatest brain in the world.” She was about 8 feet tall, and was more than happy to participate in a battle (though usually armed with a ray gun). She could hypnotize people to do her bidding, and she commanded an army of hooded men, as well as strange winged creatures, which she called pterodactyls. Her headquarters was a giant zeppelin which could shower the Earth with a knockout liquid, and was also armed with powerful magnets and ray guns. At one point, she plotted to kidnap the President of the United States. Texa was a recurring enemy of The Scarlet Avenger, and she won more often than not. Although her dirigible was eventually destroyed, Texa herself was never captured.
