One of the love interests of Jo-Jo the Congo King, and only love interest of Bombo. Jo-Jo the Congo King’s girlfriends were named Tonda, Gwenna of the Bonangi, Geesha, Yolda, Safra, and Tanee. All looked identical, spent much of their time tied up, had different (though, very similar) origins, and were also recolored, reprinted, and renamed as both Mioa and Lura. Lura also was recolored, reprinted, and renamed as Laura. Bombo’s adventures were renamed reprints of Jo-Jo the Congo King stories. Here, Tanee kept her name.
