Super Judge was responsible for passing judgment on Hugh Mann, after he was arrested and brought to trial by Flatfeet Fogarty, the Super Cop. The trial was interrupted by Super Phony and his super hypnotism. Impossible Man outwitted Super Phoney by using a mirror to reflect back the villain’s hypnotism. Super Judge declared Mann the Impossible Man, since he completed the impossible task of defeating Super Phoney. Like all inhabitants of Brutus, Super Judge was a superhuman with the powers of super strength, flight, invulnerability, and super memory.
