Flatfeet Fogarty, the Super Cop, was the first person on Brutus to meet Hugh Mann, the Impossible Man. He arrested Mann, and put him before a trial directed by Super Judge. The trial was interrupted by Super Phoney and his super hypnotism. Super Cop began acting as a dog. Impossible Man outwitted Super Phoney by using a mirror to reflect back the villain’s hypnotism. This freed Super Cop from the hypnotic trance. Like all inhabitants of Brutus, Flatfeet Fogarty was a superhuman with the powers of super strength, flight, and invulnerability.
