Stretcho was an Indian “rubber man” who worked in the sideshow at a carnival, and surreptitiously as a pickpocket during his act. Like Plastic Man, he was capable of stretching and contorting his body in superhuman ways, but when he got involved with a pair of crooks out for revenge against Plastic Man, he discovered that he could not stretch quite as far as the hero. Stretcho was eventually brought to justice.
