Star Pirate

Star Pirate was the self-described “Robin Hood of the Spaceways”. He lived in some unspecified point in the future. Contrary to his name, he barely did any pirating. Most of the time, he fought monstrous aliens, fellow criminals, corrupt rulers, and members of the corrupt Space Patrol, a police organization that operated throughout the Solar System. He was originally non-powered. He later acquired a pair of rocket boots that allowed him to jump to great heights and fly for short periods of time. He was more of a thinker than a fighter. Star Pirate was adept at getting his enemies to turn against each other and winning through a combination of fisticuffs and subterfuge. During the course of his career, he had three different companions. They appeared in succession, each disappearing off-panel before his successor took his place. One companion was Trodelyte, or Trody. He was selflessly loyal to Star Pirate. Trody was a one-eyed, meek, soft-spoken alien who preferred caution over theatrics.
