Seaweed Queen

The Seaweed Queen was the leader of a race of Seaweed Creatures who lived in the depths of the ocean. They sought to conquer the surface world by using a chlorophyll machine to transform humans into creatures like themselves, and then use them as slaves. The creatures had used weeds to sink numerous ships in the gulf. This attracted the attention of the Navy, who sent Deep Sea Dawson/Kinks Mason to investigate. The creatures managed to capture Dawson/Kinks. They brought him before their Queen. She explained her plan, and gave him a tour of their facilities. The Queen intended to turn Kinks into a seaweed-based slave, but he fought back, escaping into a submarine the monsters had captured. When Deep Sea Dawson/Kinks Mason fired a torpedo from the sub, and used dynamite on their machines, the monsters, dependent on their supply of chlorophyll to survive, drowned and their captives were freed. n Fight Comics, the Seaweed Queen has peach colored skin wore a green dress, but in Captain Flight she was completely green from head to toe.
