The head of a rubber factory in Nazi Germany, Herr Riktor’s plant is destroyed by a British bombing run. He falls into a vat of hot liquid rubber, which burns away his skin. Somehow, he doesn’t perish, but instead is fused with the rubber, allowing him to stretch, bounce, and deflect bullets. During a fight with Iron Ace, he is hit so hard he ricochets off the walls and into a boiling hot vat. It seems to dissolve him, killing him in the process.
