Rogul

Rogul shows up on Earth, a bit disoriented. He attempts to communicate, but his odd language is not understood by the people he encounters. Police officers look into the oddly-dressed man. When Rogul is afraid of the billy club the officer is carrying and acts nervous, he is taken into custody. Professor Duncan visits the jail to attempt to decipher Rogul’s language. After two days without eating or drinking, Professor Duncan suggests Rogul be released. As the police and the professor stand before him, Rogul appears at first to be constructing something in thin air with his hands. He waves, and then disappears entirely. Professor Duncan unravels the mysterious language, relaying to the world Rogul’s words. Rogul said he was visiting a friend on Jupiter, but was confused when he landed on Earth instead of Venus. Powers and Abilities: Rogul can instantly teleport from planet to planet.
