The Reptile Man is a stowaway on a ship that docks in New York. In his first adventure, “Flash” Lightning is waiting for the passengers to disembark when the Reptile Man, led off the boat by two guards, is killed by a two cars affixed on cars that create a “curtain of fire”. “Flash” Lightning discovers a hidden note on the dead man’s body, which starts a chain of events.
