The mysterious Red Seal was the sidekick of Manowar, a.k.a. the White Streak. He first appeared when the White Streak was killed in the destruction of a waterfront warehouse and the pier it sat on. When the White Streak was resurrected (“the explosion must have thrown a live wire across my body and the electricity converted me into an electrical mass”), they decided to team up. Red Seal’s identity remained a secret in his five adventures, but he was possibly an FBI agent. While he had no powers, he was in top physical shape and a good fighter.
