The Red Robe was a Nazi agent in a green skull mask, which hid his identity as “Otto Bohm, head of the Nazi Gestapo here in America”. He and his gang were out to steal an important formula. They were stopped by the Blue Beetle. The Red Robe carried guns and knives, and was good at making a getaway.
