Rattler

Pig Pan Wood was an escapee from Alcatraz, wrongly declared dead when Twisto the Rubberman was shot while disguised as him. To continue his crimes uninhibited, he took on a new identity, the Rattler. His snake-like full body costume included bulletproof steel-plating underneath, and he brandished twin syringes filled with snake venom. During his first heist, after killing a guard using his poison syringes, he encountered Inferno and Steel Sterling. Inferno was poisoned, but Steel Sterling rushed him to get medical help. Rattler stole fur coats, killed his henchmen with snake venom, and tunneled under the Federal Reserve. Inferno and Steel Sterling interceded on this heist, knocked Rattler out cold, and turned him over to the authorities.
