Policewoman Sally O’Neil saves a hypnotized woman about to get hit by a car. She tracks the woman back to the offices of Raja Yashi, by his appearance an Eastern mystic, but in reality an escaped convict, Scarface Stone, in disguise. He runs the phony organization The Magic Circle, and uses hypnotism to bilk lonely women of their savings. Sally O’Neil uses her willpower to counteract Raja Yashi’s hypnotic sway and has him arrested.
