Dressed to blend in with the legion of homeless wandering the streets, Daily Times reporter Jay Garson, Jr. was in reality the city’s foremost avenger The Ragman. In the course of his crusade The Ragman wore a bulletproof vest beneath his tatters, and wielded guns when necessary. Aided by Tiny, his loyal assistant, he fought against such villains as Stinger and The Ghost in his efforts to clean up the city.
