Quorak was a brilliant but insane scientist, originally from Earth, who sought ultimate power. He lived on a planetoid called Spectremus in the year 2000. He invented the Spectro-Magnet, powered by Lodium, which was able to pull Pluto out of its orbit, destroying the Plutonian society. Quorak also possessed a number of high-tech weapons, including a stasis ray which could trap people by levitating them. He was defeated by Lt. Gary Blake and Joan Perry.
