Rip Regan is given a “power suit” by his friend and mentor Dr. Austin. It is a chemically treated metal woven into a suit that, when worn, gives him super-strength, imperviousness, and enables him to perform superhuman leaps. He uses these powers to fight evil and uphold justice. His enemies included the Skull, Termite Men, and the standard racketeers, gangsters, and Nazis. His associate Punchy Bogart accompanied him on his first few adventures before disappearing.
