Visitors from Pluto travel to Earth. Their flying saucers are a mystery to the “Air Technical Intelligence Center Flying Saucer Commission” until a training run by Rocky X’s Rocketeers comes across them in space. The Rocketeers are ordered to accelerate to catch the UFO, but Rocky X, in an observation bubble outside his ship, is flung into space. The Plutonians pull the bubble into their saucer. After marveling at the translucent materials that make up the ship, Rocky X talks with Doran and a group of Plutonians, made invisible once they left their planet’s atmosphere. Interstellar and military intrigue ensues when one of the Rocketeers turns traitor.
