Wiley Collins was once considered the greatest archer in the United States, but when he used his skills to commit murder, he came into conflict with Young Robinhood and his band. Young Robinhood managed to defeat the Phantom Archer in a duel, but the Archer’s fate is uncertain. The Archer, was, of course, a master archer, capable of hitting any shot almost effortlessly. His arrows could pierce chains as easily as a human torso.
