Pacing Ghost

Joe Ferez, a ratty gangster, killed a night watchman in order to rob his safe. The watchman then returned as a ghost that would simply pace back and forth towards Ferez, causing him to go a bit crazy. The Pacing Ghost eventually caused Ferez to become so scared he chose to jump out a window and fall to his own death 10 stories below rather than being caught by the spirit of the man he murdered.
