Throughout the 1940s and into the 1950s, Albright freelanced through comics “packaging” studios like Majestic Studios, Funnies Inc., and the Iger Studio. In 1945, she created Commandette, a heroine featured in Star-Studded Comics #1, published by Cambridge House. She also worked for Holyoke (Miss Victory, Molly O’Moore, Mr Nobody), Aviation Press (Black Venus) and illustrated romance stories for Timely (Junior Miss), St. John, and Ziff-Davis up until the early 1950s. ~ Nina Albright – Women In Comics Wiki
