Reporter Rick Rawson, along with his co-worker Laura, began snooping around. He discovers the gang. The Night decides to eliminate him. She kidnaps Laura, knocks her out, sends a note to Rick telling him where to find her, and sets up a deathtrap. However, Rick saves Laura and unmasks the Night, ending her planned crime-spree.
