He planned to switch bodies with Blue Bolt, to win the heart of the Green Sorceress and father a master race capable of conquering the Earth. He was waylaid by the timely arrival of the Blue Army of Deltos, who bombed the complex and trapped him under rubble. leaving him incapacitated and possibly dead.
