Mad Inventor

Inventor proposes a hybrid submarine and battleship to the US Army, but is rejected. Half-crazed anyway, he sells the plans to Axis agents instead, who build a fleet and attack the US coast. With the help of Buddy Smith’s invention the Bumble-Boat, Uncle Sam and the Navy stop the invasion. And a whole fleet of Bumble-Boats are commissioned.
