Shlep and Blep, two of the planet Blyntzyn’s ace war scouts, worry that Earth is too violent to invade. As a solution, they create robots to subject Earthmen to the “paralyzing emotion known as love!” The male robot is named Adonis 2-PX-89, the female Venus 1-XP-98, designed to cause humans to fall instantly in love with them. After a successful test, Shlep and Blep plan to dismantle the pair, but Adonis and Venus fall in love with each other. To stay together, they quickly dispatch of the Blyntzyns. Adonis and Venus take Shlep and Blep’s spacecraft to find an unknown world where they can build their own super-robots and live in love and peace.
