Lady Serpent was a murderous female enemy of Black Terror who possessed hypnotic powers, owned several large and deadly snakes. Her weakness was her love of gems, which she stole. She managed to escape from jail two hours after Black Terror and Tim put her in there using her hypnosis. The Terror Twins set up a trap using gems as bait, and returned her to police custody. She escaped a second time but this time used her venomous snakes. She tried to take over a ship, but was once again defeated by Black Terror and Tim. Lady Serpent was assisted in her crimes by Hulga and several hired guns.
