He kept his subjects under control by sending them to “dream palaces,” movie theaters which projected enticing images onto the screen (such as beautiful women) and drugging their food with chemicals that made them believe the images were real. But the Black Terror, who by this time was a legendary figure, traveled forward to 9767 with Tim and Dr. Fission. The Terror Twins escaped his dream palace and overthrew him with the aid of Bo Briantus.
