The Questionmark was an insane, criminal mastermind with a hunchback who battled 13 and Jinx on a number of occasions. Carlos Sterns began his reign of terror by murdering his younger brother, Rudolph, who had gotten all of the inheritance when their parents’ died. He then freed Rudolph’s wife, Marie Duvale, from the insane asylum. Sterns loved Marie, despite the fact she believed she was Cleopatra. He soon deemed himself King Questionmark, made himself a crown, and raised a small army of insane people who really liked lollipops. They included Goebells, Lord Haw Haw, Hitler, and Nero. Sterns and his gang were apparently killed in an explosion when Goebells carried a bomb back to the gang’s truck. The Questionmark was a brutal killer who used knives and explosives.
