Dave Kenton was a captain of the Star Patrol who kept the peace throughout the solar system around the year 3750. He was sometimes aided by Maeve Malloy, a dancer and undercover reporter for the Star Rover. He first met Maeve on the planet Flayal, when she stole his papers. Kenton seemed to enjoy hanging out at taverns with dancing girls. Kenton carried a wrist communicator and an “electronic handgun.” He was a skilled pilot, a strong fighter, apparently a good swordsman, and was generally very resourceful.
