The Jingler was a starving poet, rejected by one publisher too many! After accidentally killing a man over a dispute about food, the Jingler realized that the only way to get his poetry read was to leave it at the scene of a murder! He began composing poems about his murders, using the blood of his victims as ink. The Jingler used conventional weapons to kill his victims. He was defeated by Winston Wolfe and killed.
