Belinda was the queen of the “snow men” who lived in a palace just a little North of the North Pole. At some point, Belinda decided that she was going to be a rival to Santa Claus, by having her snow men make toys out of ice. When this effort proved futile, she ordered her snow men to sabotage Santa with a snowstorm. She then stole his sleigh. It is unclear what powers Belinda may have had, though she did not seemed bothered by extreme cold and may have had power over ice and snow, like her dwarfish snow men.
